ServicesThe services offered include non-medical Swedish relaxation massage, sports-recovery massage, deep-tissue techniques, mobility, assisted stretching and personal training.These services are intended for wellness, recovery and fitness purposes only. They do not replace medical care, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, diagnosis or treatment.No erotic or sexual services are offered.3. Enquiries and appointment confirmationSubmitting the website contact form, sending an email or contacting the provider through WhatsApp is only an enquiry and does not create a binding appointment.An appointment becomes binding only after the date, time, location, service, duration and price have been confirmed in writing by the provider and accepted by the client.The provider may accept or decline an enquiry depending on availability, location, suitability or safety considerations.4. Prices and additional costsThe applicable price is the price confirmed individually before the appointment.Any travel costs, parking costs, hotel access fees, gym charges, room rental costs or other external facility costs will be communicated before the booking becomes binding.No additional cost will be charged without prior communication and acceptance.5. PaymentThe accepted payment method and payment deadline will be communicated when the appointment is confirmed.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due no later than immediately after the session.Packages, prepaid sessions or promotional offers may be subject to additional written conditions communicated before purchase.6. Cancellation and reschedulingAppointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the provider may charge up to 100% of the agreed session price.Failure to attend without prior notice may be charged at 100% of the agreed session price.No cancellation fee will be charged where the provider accepts that exceptional circumstances made timely cancellation impossible.Cancellations or changes must be communicated directly by WhatsApp, telephone or email.7. LatenessClients should be ready at the agreed appointment time.When a client arrives late or is not ready at the agreed time, the session may be shortened so that later appointments are not affected. The full agreed price may still apply.When the provider is significantly late, the session will be extended where possible or an appropriate alternative will be agreed with the client.8. Client health and safety responsibilitiesThe client must provide truthful and relevant information before the session about injuries, pain, pregnancy, recent surgery, medical conditions, allergies, medication or any other circumstance that could affect the safe provision of the service.Detailed medical information should not be sent through the general website contact form. Relevant information will be requested separately where necessary.Clients with acute, severe, unexplained or worsening symptoms should obtain advice from a doctor or physiotherapist before booking.The client must immediately report pain, dizziness, numbness, breathing difficulty or any unusual discomfort experienced during a session.The provider may modify, stop or refuse a session where continuing would be inappropriate or unsafe.9. Personal trainingPersonal training exercises are selected according to the information provided by the client, their apparent ability and their stated goals.The client is responsible for following instructions, using equipment appropriately and communicating immediately when an exercise causes pain or unusual symptoms.Training results vary between individuals. No specific physical, aesthetic, performance or weight-loss result is guaranteed.10. Home, hotel and external-location appointmentsThe client must provide a clean, safe, private and suitable environment with sufficient space for the agreed service.The client must obtain any permission required by a hotel, gym, building management or other location.The provider may refuse to enter or may end an appointment where the location, behaviour of any person present or surrounding circumstances appear unsafe, inappropriate, unhygienic or materially different from what was agreed.No erotic or inappropriate conduct will be accepted. Inappropriate behaviour may result in the immediate termination of the session. The full agreed price may remain payable.11. Professional boundariesThe provider offers only the services described and agreed before the appointment.The provider does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, provide physiotherapy or claim to cure injuries or illnesses.Clients may be referred to an appropriate regulated healthcare professional where symptoms appear to require medical or physiotherapeutic assessment.12. Responsibility and liabilityClients participate voluntarily and remain responsible for communicating their health status, physical limitations and any discomfort.The provider is responsible for delivering the agreed service with reasonable care and professional attention.Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable Swiss law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not legally permitted, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.13. Insurance reimbursementThe services are not offered as compulsory health-insurance treatments and are not represented as reimbursable medical or physiotherapy services.The client is responsible for checking independently whether any private insurer voluntarily provides reimbursement.No reimbursement is guaranteed.14. Personal dataPersonal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy published on this website.Clients should not submit detailed medical records or unnecessary sensitive personal information through the general contact form, ordinary email or WhatsApp.15. Changes or cancellation by the providerThe provider may reschedule or cancel an appointment because of illness, emergency, transport disruption, unsafe conditions or other circumstances that prevent the service from being delivered appropriately.Where the provider cancels an appointment, no cancellation fee is owed by the client. Any amount already paid for the affected session will be refunded or credited toward a replacement appointment.The provider is not responsible for indirect costs incurred by the client, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.16. Governing lawThese Terms & Conditions and the contractual relationship are governed by Swiss law.Any mandatory consumer-protection rights and any legally mandatory place of jurisdiction remain unaffected.17. Changes to these TermsThese Terms & Conditions may be updated when the services, prices, booking procedures or legal requirements change.The version communicated or available when an appointment is confirmed applies to that appointment.
